If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process:

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  3. Securely pack the item and attach the label.

  4. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Processing Time:

  • Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the item.

  • If the item does not meet return eligibility, we will contact you with alternate options.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • Luxurox covers all return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fees apply.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variation? We make it easy to exchange your item.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition.

  • Exchanges are only offered for the same item type, with a different size or color.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at support@luxurox.com within 30 days.

  2. Specify the item and desired size/color.

  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  4. After we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item.

Availability Note:

  • If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.

💵 Refunds

Amount Refunded:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price.

  • If the entire order is returned, your original shipping fee will also be refunded.

Refund Process:

  2. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Luxurox may not be refunded.
